1. Digital Product Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download has been accessed. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The product is defective or cannot be downloaded
  • The product was significantly misrepresented
  • You were charged in error
  • Technical issues prevent you from accessing your purchase

2. Refund Request Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. After this period, all sales are considered final.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Detailed reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or documentation

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after accessing the product
  • Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
  • Compatibility issues not listed in product description
  • Requests made after 14 days from purchase
